Is this kit suitable for mobile development?

You need to create an application, the subject is something like this:

• login/register
  
• search for rooms (movies, games, music) for discussions on the topic, scoring
  
• join these rooms, add as friends, view member profiles
  
• create rooms and send invitations
  
• and something else like that...
  

I watched the training material on the Ionic framework , they create a "to-do list" application there .
Everything is clear, everything is not complicated enough, but is this framework suitable for implementing the idea I have described above?
There will be an API server from where the application will take data and send it.

Yes, easily, your functionality is not complicated :) if you are familiar with angular js, then you can figure out ionic to write your functionality in a couple of days.
