Is there Visual Studio 2017 for Win 10 x64?

I've been thinking about upgrading to 10. I recently upgraded my computer, but win 7 sees only 3.1 RAM out of 8. I want to switch to a new OS to further learn programming using Microsoft products (SSMS, MS SQL, ASP.NET MVC, EF, VISUAL STUDIO 2017, .NET FRAMEWORK). I'm only afraid that something won't work on the new OS and I'll have to install everything back for hours. Does Visual Studio 2017 exist for Win 10 x64? Are the ASP MVC service and databases working correctly?
