Russian Federation, Primorsky Krai - local "intermediaries" can bring you any goods without duties and other things. They just load a truck in China with some dimensional things (furniture, building materials, etc.). And the necessary things are put there - there are their own people at the customs who turn a blind eye to this. As a result, in 3-5 days any goods from China are in the Russian Federation.
