Are there any special tools for this in the vk API?

I have not seen such a service, although I myself keep records of my group. Everything is quite simple, you get the members of your group every day through groups.getMembers (I advise you to use execute to speed up the process by 25 times), after which you simply compare the audience for the previous day. Then it will immediately become clear to you who signed up today and who unsubscribed. Of course, this operation must be done at the very last moment, that is, at 23:59 every day.
