Is there such a standard widget in Cocoa, as in the screenshot?

That is a list with + and - buttons below it. + adds an element, - removes it.
In standard macOS applications, it is very common.
Or is it necessary to manually assemble it from a table and buttons to implement it, and write all the logic?
