You need to use the URL provided by the user to get the page and make a preview out of it.
It looks like they do it on facebook, vk, google+ - you feed them a link, and they pull out a picture and a small description from the page.
Tell me if there are any ready-made solutions for this - libraries (python, ruby) or any online services with an API.
