I want to write some user info at the same moment in which the frame is recorded. Please tell me if there is a ready-made solution in the form of a protocol, format or standard of some kind, so as not to write a bicycle?

The mkv format can carry multiple audio tracks and subtitles. You can use subtitles for your purposes.
