Is there such a program on Android to transfer the state of all sensors to the network?

We need a program, I'm almost sure that there is, but maybe someone has come across and will advise the most suitable and bug-free one.
We need a minimum functionality that allows an external device (Windows, Iot, Linux, etc.) to receive data on all sensors of an Android phone. It is desirable that the program does not consume resources and works in the background as discreetly and economically as possible. Even better, it is possible to set the frequency of data transmission (averaged or bursts), but it is imperative that there is a possibility of reading real-time. The most important sensors are the accelerometer, gyroscope and others that transmit the most accurate data on the current position of the device in space.
One of the main use cases is using the phone as a motion capture.

I'm afraid that such a program will land the phone very quickly.
One GPS current sits mom don't worry how fast, but you have a whole bunch of sensors gentle.
There may not be such a program, but there is nothing complicated here.
Almost every Android book has an example of working with different sensors.
