Is there such a profession as a publisher in stores?

It's funny, but I came across such a thing that app stores began to be very demanding about publishing applications. The real question is how do you solve it? Throwing on the secretary, wasting your time, stuffing your account with applications in the hope of a quick pass?

This is a publisher .
Yes, it can be one person (you or your friend/secretary) who works with the store and knows everything there. But usually the publisher takes care of all the marketing , which is closely related to the design as well. So there will be more than one person. The secretary won't draw the right icon for you and won't do an A/B test.
