Yes, this plugin is called Atom.io
I myself have been working on sublimetext3 for a long time, but atom is simple and convenient. Yes, it is not as fast and a little buggy, but it has some things out of the box, which is good.

At least in html it pulls up classes. And within the same file it also works =)
