Is there such a library for defining the audience?

Hello, I can’t come up with an algorithm for comparing the audiences of several VKontakte publics.
Maybe there is a ready-made solution, or tell me the code?
Thanks in advance!

Under Laravel (and even regular php) there are no and will not be ready-made libraries specifically for your purposes.
You can order a code from a freelancer, but it will obviously cost not 100 rubles.

You need to make a matrix: user IDs, group IDs - this is a common summary matrix.
Then, we make a selection according to this matrix of the necessary users or groups according to a given selection criterion - this is a criterion matrix (group topics, age, etc.).
Further, we can compare the quantitative percentage of the audience of this criterion against the general background through the banal percentage calculation formula.
Also, 2 or more different selection criteria can be compared with each other.

Last winter, I tried to determine the interests of users of various communities. Did through api vk. It took a very long time. Several hours for a community with 1000 people. This is due to the limitation on the number of requests per second.
