Is there such a book like a “dictionary” in C #, that is, all the “words” with an explanation are simply written in a column?
Like "if - this does something", "else - this", etc. For both regular c# and unity. I don't really know any programming language. I want to learn how to write scripts for the unit to implement my ideas. Only DO NOT BUY courses and books. If not, how do you study? How to know and understand all the content of this language in order to learn it?

It's called official documentation. Moreover, there is such a book not only for Sharp, but also for Unity.
1. Without knowing any language and even more so without programming skills - don't even think about getting into the unit.
2. From such a "dictionary" (which can be called a thesaurus) - exactly zero sense. And so - EVERY such word (especially knowing its "type" - operator, method, class, namespace) can be found in Google. For free.
3. How to study? Do not believe it - read books first on Sharpe, then on Unity - and practice at each stage.
More about the dictionary. It's like hoping to write a poem using only an explanatory dictionary (or even spelling), and forgetting about the structure of the verse,
I want to become a surgeon, but I don't want to go to college and buy books on anatomy. Tell me a dictionary where there would be a list of organs and how to cut them off.
By the way, there is an option, catch a goldfish or find a magic lamp and guess, "I want to know c# and unity".
Yes, the microsoft site, as well as the Unity documentation off. But how do you put it all together - you certainly do not know.
and see for yourself? Oh, what now either stupid people have gone, or lazy, beware there it changes to an apple hover
