I need to implement a graph in my ionic application. How can i do this? Or should I use some kind of replacement for this purpose?

you just need a charting library that supports mobile devices. No binding to ionic.
Personally, I use d3.js. There are directives for it for angular: krispo.github.io/angular-nvd3/#
