The Rosstat website has statistics on average consumer prices for certain types of goods and services by city, but unfortunately there is no API access to this data, is there any other source for obtaining this data that has an API?

If you look closely at the gks traffic when loading pages, you may notice such a service cbsd.gks.ru/PPService.asmx this is the API, though I would like it to be better and more convenient like the Central Bank of the Russian Federation
