Is there software to manage mailman subscriptions?

Hello,
A large number of mailing lists are based on mailman, as an example - lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/opens...
Is there a tool to bulk update the settings of such subscriptions?
Let's say I want to unsubscribe from all of them or receive only digests, not bypass them all under one.

What else? They are on different servers. Make a list, and send to each ${list}[email protected]${host}from the subscription address:

set authenticate ${passwd}
set digest plain

well, or whatever, I don’t remember the exact syntax - ask the server for help ( help).
