Guys, I'm looking for some kind of not too heavy product for designing a web project, but for poppy. Seen all sorts of Visual Paradigm, but it's huge. Maybe there is something more interesting?

As I understand it, you need an analogue of Microsoft Visio. Check out Omnigraffle 6

The UML standard is sufficient for designing most projects, including web-oriented ones.
And for this there is a wide range of applications, ArgoUML, Star UML 2, (online) Gliffy, etc.
