It is necessary to organize a dictionary search on a mobile device without access to the network. The web application uses sphinxsearch. Is there an alternative for mobile platforms?

Have you tried to build sphinx natively for the platform?
If you throw out all data sources, then almost all dependencies will go away.
Morphology (aot lemmatizer) will work. The network, strictly speaking, is not needed (listening to localhost or even unix-socket is enough).
