Is there normal SIP support in Android and Windows Phone?

Looking for a replacement for my Nokia E52 (Symbian S60 3rd Edition). Three years ago, I encountered the fact that Android did not have SIP support, and additional software was in deep beta.

Dear owners of smartphones on Android and Windows Phone, tell me if these OSes now support SIP or normal applications that are integrated into the main dialer?
Interested in the opinion of those who really use IP-telephony on such devices.

For example, SIP support is built into Symbian, no additional dances with a tambourine are needed. When calling, you can choose what to call through, incoming calls differ only in an additional icon showing a call from SIP. The call log is also unified and you can add several SIP profiles.

The out of the box SIP client comes with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). I use SIP all the time, I have no problems.

Bria has done well. Acrobits SoftPhone
is also well recommended. Both softins are multi-account.
