Hello. Tell me if there is any free / open source software for creating master questionnaires for the first line of technical support.
Roughly speaking, the applicant calls (by phone), and the employee of the 1st line of technical support drives him away on predetermined questions, arranged in a certain order, fills in some fields (the list of fields is specified depending on the answers previously selected in the wizard), ticks / switches answers, etc.
As a result, a conclusion should be made about the approximate department of a particular contractor, to which it is necessary to assign an application (which will contain the results of this "primary diagnosis" - at least in text form).
Ideally, everything should be expanded with self-written modules (for example, a dynamic set of answers for some step of the questionnaire should be loaded).
Well, of course, the main requirement is that the order of questions, their composition and the logic of issuance can be configured as much as possible by poking the mouse into the UI, and not by programming.
