Is there any way to send a message to a computer as simply as possible?

Very often it happens that I come to visit someone and I need to send myself some text from his PC, for example, a piece of code or just a link, not to mention files.
I would not want to authorize in all sorts of sites and even install programs. I made a feedback form on my website on a secret page and sent messages simply by going to my website, convenient and practical, but you yourself understand this only in one direction, so maybe someone knows how even easier to send a message?
ps It's especially not convenient when a computer with a freshly installed Windows and you need to send a link to download some software, for example, or just throw off the password for authorization on a site that consists of 100500 characters :)

Carry a flash drive with you.
The person has a mail in which he is already logged in.
Desktop Telegram in which he is already logged in.
There are all sorts of paste services where no login is required.

Flash drive - there are no size restrictions, only speed (it is equal to yours). Amazon already provides this service.
