Is there any way to optimize IntelliJ's memory consumption?

Hello.
I'm running MPB 15 on IntelliJ and it has a lot of memory. One project started, small docker, regular project - 3gb of opera. Is it possible to somehow optimize the work? Maybe there are some processes / plugins that are enabled by default for Java and I don't need them and which I can turn off?

Usually, IntelliJ optimization comes down to increasing the memory limit :) So buy more RAM
