Is there any way to make the Bluestacks emulator "accept" the QR code? When is the QR code itself in the form of a picture on a computer?

Is it possible to somehow force an application on the Bluestacks Android emulator to "accept" a QR code if there is no webcam?
And the QR code itself is in the form of a picture on a computer.
