Is there any way to disable "notify if debug session was finished without being paused" for all projects at once, and not for one?

This function issues notifications if the site script has completed without stopping at breakpoints. I don't like these notifications. Every project has to disable this feature. Is there a way to turn it off for everyone at once? Including those that don't exist yet. That is, they will be created with the function already disabled.
