Is there any way to check how a website or email is displayed on iOS? Other than browserstack or simulator inside macos? Or is it somehow possible to run iOS through a virtual machine? I didn't find anything specific on the internet.

the best thing is to have real devices. or be able to use them periodically.
besides this, the only pain-less option is a virtual machine with a macro and an emulator in it.
although for quick evaluation and basic work, emulation in the browser is enough.
but if you have to constantly deal with this, personally I would get myself a poppy. even from a used one.
