So, the crux of the matter. I came across a VKontakte group that distributes series. She does this through wiki pages. There are a huge number of them, and I doubt that anyone manually edits all of this.

Maybe someone knows what software can be used to implement this?

No magic or software. The dudes probably put together a wiki template in a couple of hours and made a website that has a form with a shitty cloud of fields. Data is entered into these fields and the information is automatically substituted into this same template, and then wiki pages are created or updated using the VK API. This approach is much more convenient than working directly with the markup.
This approach would be used by me and, probably, by all other developers, if they were faced with a similar task.
