Is there any software for android to record calls?

Greetings!
I give the manager an Android phone and I would like to be able to record and listen to incoming / outgoing calls from this phone.
At first I wanted to connect ip-telephony, but after calling mango, telfin realized that this does not suit me:
a) expensive redirection to a mobile number
b) the manager will not always have an Internet connection.
Ideally, this is a program that records everything on the phone, and the Internet is needed to upload files to a remote server.
Are there such programs?
Thank you.

According to the voice recorder: this one is the most efficient of all.

1. For most android phones, you need root
rights to record from the line 2. There are a lot of programs for recording (example https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com....
3. If the program itself writes well, but does not dump it on the server if the utilities for automating processes (example: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net....

In Android, there is no unambiguous solution to this issue.
On different chipsets, with different firmware - not all applications can work.
Having tried a dozen at one time, I settled on this ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.... - it works flawlessly on 3 devices (with root, android 4.0.4 - 5.1.1) Able to send files to Dropbox, WebDAV and, it seems, upload to FTP)
As mentioned above, if another recording application suits you, which does not know how to send files, this can be solved by a third-party program. I bf used for this task not Tasker (why complicate?), but FolderSync https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dk.t...
