Is there any similar application?

Is there an analogue of the lost and found application for IOS / Android in the CIS?
This application allows you to indicate on the map the place where the lost thing. Other people may find the item and write to you. In general, something like this.

If I lose the device, I will block it through the built-in feature "Android Remote Control" and leave my number on the splash screen. This solution is present in all devices, including on ios there is a similar implementation. My friend was able to get his iPhone back this way. Lost in another city at a recreation center in the forest, blocked it. The next day, they call, they say they found it, they brought some drug addicts to the guard, they sold it for a couple of acres :)
If there was no blocking, the chances of a return would tend to zero. Are other implementations needed? In our realities, if a working phone is found, then most likely it will be formatted and appropriated :)

QR-code with contact information on the back side: engraved or sticker.
The percentage of those who want to return: tends to zero.
