Parsing

Is there any responsibility in principle for parsing open data?

I am working on a project for a customer: a set of parsers for many sites, designed as an aggregator site with a control panel.
In general, everything is clear, the data mainly needs to be obtained from RSS.
But among these sites there are also sites of law enforcement agencies in our region.
Maybe this is, of course, childish fears, but is it possible to hold me accountable for parsing the feeds of these sites?
Suddenly someone doesn't like it. And since in modern Russia, you can easily get a term for a repost, I think my fear is not unfounded.
The aggregator site itself is not a public, internal project of one organization, covered from the outside world by an authorization form.

If accessed too often, it can be regarded as a DDOS. But the responsibility for this, as a rule, is simply a ban on ip. So you should not be afraid. It's like being afraid to refresh the page of the state site in the browser 10 times per minute. And what, they can immediately go to the address.
