Is there any program for convenient work with notes?
Hello, the essence of the question is that I am a system administrator by profession. In the course of work, I try to write down some information, purely for myself. Like mini guides for installing a mailer, server, etc. with various notes and references to the theory. Sometimes I climb on some sites and save useful information for myself. Over time, these notes grew and it became inconvenient to climb through all the folders and look for the necessary information. Tell me, is there something more practical for working with small text files with inserts of pictures, etc.? Something like my personal knowledge base, so that later I can re-read and refresh my memory of what I did there.

Depending on type preference.
PS - in no case should the administrator keep notes in other people's services, sooner or later something private will accidentally get there.
See Emacs + org-mode. If you learn, nothing more will be needed.

Try Evernote, only choose the label system for yourself, not notepads.
One notepad, but a bunch of tags. In addition, there is an extension for the browser, you can immediately save the web page in a simplified form. The program has quite a lot of functionality, it may not take root right away, I advise you to watch a video course on it. But for what you say, it should fit. Plus, there is one for all platforms.
