Is there any point in forced advertising redirects?

Hey!
Everyone is fed up with advertising redirects: you go to the site, and in addition to a hefty window with an offer to buy crap, you are redirected to a casino, an Apple-case store and other unnecessary garbage. So tell me, if the owner of the site buys a thousand redirects, and a thousand unfortunate people go to the site "How to earn millions without doing anything", will the search engine think that the site is really good and issue it when asked "How to do nothing and earn millions" in the top 10?
I still think it's useless, but how is it really?

Moreover, these redirects go through a couple of redirect domains, so that the search engine understands that this is a fake, how not to do it. Here is another profit - one person out of 1000 will still buy this case.
So as long as there are narrow-minded users who are ready to leave babosiks on left-handed sites one way or another, such schemes will flourish.
