Is there any point in developing ASP.net + react.js?

Hello.
1. Is there any sense in setting asp.net mvc + react js. For web application development? In terms of when C# is the backend, and react is for the frontend.
2. Will such a setting complicate teamwork, where there is a backender and a frontender?

I don't really understand such questions
. The backender makes a backend in the N language (in your case, N = ASP.net), makes some services that can respond to http requests. It doesn't care what the frontend does with it
Frontender makes a frontend on the N framework. Makes requests to backend services, receives responses from them. He doesn't care what the backend is written in
. Front and back don't care about each other's technologies. They still communicate with json through requests
