Restriction in terms of "up to captcha" or in general? I saw accounts with 10,000 photos - it's normal. I saw 2-3 thousand audio recordings.
If the limit "to captcha" was meant, then it is better to withstand 5-10 seconds between actions, and even better - change activities. Add a photo, like a post, add audio, PM, add a video, add as a friend, join a group... and so on...

Personally tested.
1. Audio recordings flooded up to 24000 (further fludilos, but the figure did not change)
2. Video recordings the last time I flooded, reached 5000 (further fludilos, but the figure did not change)
3. Photos per day can be flooded 10000, and so I saw from user 1 000 000 photos.
