Microsoft Access

Is there any cloud service for rapid prototyping of web services, similar to MS Access?

A long time ago, to make a prototype (or even a working model) of an application, you could use MS ACCESS. There were also forms for filling in AND EDITING data, and displaying data in a tabular form, and events were hung on buttons. It is good for everyone, except for one - it is not cloudy. There are google docs, google sheets and google forms. But there is no way to display data from tables in these forms (the opposite is possible). And this opportunity is not enough (and many others, such as printing selected documents, clicking on a button in a form and responding to this click, etc.).
Question - is there any analogue of Access, which includes forms for displaying and editing (and not just entering) data?

I answer myself: https://airtable.com/. Practically what you need, tables + forms. At reasonable limits for free. If you look in the direction of more advanced options\CRM, then you can try SugarCRM\SuiteCRM for free here: https://crmhosting.ru/
