I want to make an application something like who wants to be a millionaire where there will be random questions or something like a quiz. Is there some kind of API or something like a database with different questions or something similar that can be used to add a large number questions in the application. Or you need to manually add questions to the application and how to make the questions different each time and randomly generated. I will make a project in swift 4 and in Xcode 9

If you need questions in Russian and there are no requirements for uniqueness, then you can try to contact the owners of sites with answers for crossword puzzles for their database. You can also parse these same sites yourself. There are actually a lot of similar sites in RuNet, I will assume that the base is the same everywhere.
I once made a bot for a quiz on Twitch .
Based on the results of the work, there is a base for 108k questions. Basically, of course, these are questions from the same sites with crosswords, but there is a decent amount of modern games. If necessary, in principle, you can contact the creator of the quiz itself .
Also, somehow in the comments they threw a link to a collection of questions walking on the Internet. There are 130k+ questions, but without games.
