Is there any analog video emulator?

To develop a program, in order not to connect a real camera to a video capture card, an emulator program is needed. Tell me who knows what and what you can advise.

And in what format does the video capture card give you video? I suspect that through DirectShow (most boards use it). So use any program that can send a stream through it (AviSource. FFmpegSource, LSMASHSource and so on)
PS: If you have some kind of tricky camera with a tricky board (vendrolock or something specialized), then either write your emulator here, or use the equipment.
PS2: To write an emulator, in any case, you need hardware to take dumps from it for slipping and to understand the protocol.
