Is there an unambiguous layout switcher for 3 languages?

Windows 7 computer uses 3 languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian. Using Punto Switcher, the following is set: the left Shift turns on the English input language, the right one - Russian. Ukrainian has to be switched with a common key combination (the one that switches in a circle). I would also like to turn it on with one key.
How can this be implemented?

In the settings where language switching is assigned (Ctrl + Shift or Alt + Shift), each language can be assigned its own keyboard shortcut.
I use Shift+Alt+1, Shift+Alt+2, ...
