Please tell me an RSS aggregator that could pull out news at least from facebook'a and twitter'a.

Take a look at inoreader.com - just last week they announced support for VK, facebook and twitter feeds for a long time.

TT-RSS. Facebook has a native feed. I pick up messages from the corporate page. Twitter has online tools, google it: https://www.google.com/search?q=twitter+rss

feed.exileed.com Not really, but you can get an rss feed and paste it into your favorite reader

Try also Zapier.com․ There you can create an RSS for a Twitter list, then, if necessary, add new users to this list, and not subscribe to each one individually;)
Inoreader is good, but the functions you need are paid there.
