use it on a home machine and study the finished code. I do not trust corporate antiviruses, trackers are everywhere

And why do you need assembly language, then?
It is extremely problematic to study a complex product in assembler, these are kilometers of incomprehensible text.
Take any open source antivirus in C / C ++, for example www.clamav.net/downloads
