Is there an open project to create 3D models of buildings from their images?

Based on the available images from different angles, you need to create a 3D model of the building.
The geometric dimensions themselves are known.
Maybe someone knows OpenSource packages / Services in which this can really be done?

There is a Blender in which you can model the building manually.
There is Meshroom or OpenMVG+OoenMVS for fully automatic photogrammetry, but the model needs to be cleaned after them.

you will significantly expand the search area by adding/changing 3D to CAD. example https://opensource.com/alternatives/autocad
ps for reconstruction issues, it might be worth digging open cv , but it's definitely hardcore-way
