Is there an online service that can display a third-party link page by page?

Is there a service (like a web-proxy) that accepts a link to any page, and if the page is too large, then displays the page not in its entirety, but in chunks?
The only one I know of is Google's mobile friendly page conversion service ( http://www.google.com/gwt/x?u=%s), but it distorts the page too much.
