Is there an inexpensive way to recognize an incoming ip call from a phone book?
There is a virtual number with ip telephony. The operator of course provides solutions in the form of crm, but it is expensive and the functionality is redundant.
Of course, VIPs can be registered in the ip handset so that they are recognized when calling, but this is resource-intensive and inefficient. Maybe there is a program, or something else that will allow you to compare with the phone book and notify about the name of the client?

Found the perfect solution to my question, but paid - phonemondo.com . Displays a client card for an incoming call from all possible sources
if without IP-PBX itself,
look for softphones that can open the url specified in the template in the browser,
take any phone book / CRM / etc with web access (or write yourself) capable of displaying all the necessary data by number in the GET request
if with IP-PBX there are more options:
breaking through the anti-collector database / 2GIS / own blacklists / corporate phone book / personal phone book / MNP database / pull out from 1C / come up with your
own and display it on the display of any IP background / DECT pipe / softphone
