Is there an "image clipboard" extension for chrome browser like in Opera?

In Oper, if you upload something to the site, then instead of the usual explorer, such a panel appears

where the latest images from the clipboard are displayed. This is convenient when you can use the "Scissors" to take a picture and immediately upload it, for example, to Google images for search.

Is there such an extension for chromium browsers?
