Is there an html template for an online reader?

Hello! I tried a lot of readers on Android, as well as online services like bookmate and others, but nowhere do I need the functionality I need to save text fragments with the addition of a heading and a tag in the process of reading, so that in the future it would be convenient to work with texts from different books. I think there are none, I decided to make this minimal functionality myself.
Maybe someone met a template suitable for an online reader on bootstrap (or on another framework) .... I googled in different ways and reviewed all html bootstrap templates on temporest, the only thing I found: the-lumberjacks.com/items/coming-soon/coffee -break...
on the left is the global menu of the site, in the center there will be an a4 size column (it contains text for reading) to the right or above the text of the user menu, and actions with the text when selecting a fragment.
It seems that this template is just right, but maybe someone will throw up more templates .... the main requirement is adaptability and that box .... I can't stand wide templates.
Thanks

Try the biggest online bookstores, they have "preview" pages where you can read a few pages from the books. Just save this page, clean it up and make a template :)
