Is there an extension or service that shows what the site is requesting?
Can you please tell me if there is a service or extension that shows what information a site (faceb00k, google, avito for example) requests about my machine (web_gl, screen extension, canvas, cookies, etc.)?

Requests is no different from "uses normally when it's really needed".
Everything you listed is available without any special access rights.
And from the entire list, only protection against canvas fingerprinting can be pulled by the ears.

And then, in fact, it will most likely just show any use of canvas on the site, and not just a "tracking" one.
Of course, you can google more serious extensions like this (everything that can be "caught" is indicated in the plate, i.e. to find out that someone "requested" it), but the profit from them is less than from possible jambs, probably.
Because, for example, changing the screen size as a protection can lead to a crooked work of scripts that should adjust the site to different screens.
Changing the time zone / time of the system will also lead to your inconvenience in using the site.
ps
In general, for example, Yandex / Google does not need any of these technologies, and everything is much simpler there.
You use one of these mails + the site has a metric / analytics / adsense / rsa = they know when and where you went without all these tricks with the uniqueness of the browser.
