Is there an equivalent of sorl-thumbnail with just a custom thumbnail name?

On the site you need to change the names of the thumbnail files
in sorl-thumbnail cache/dc/47/dc475b327c57da1291e1c0c4cf8345dc.jpg
you need cache/dc/47/image_file_100x100.jpg
is there an alternative, or a way to change the file name generation

I inherited from ThumbnailBackend and rewrote the _get_thumbnail_filename method and the tokey function
