Is there an email auto-responder that works only once per day for the recipient?

Greetings!
Customers drop orders by mail and often call back to clarify whether the letter has reached. Ideally, an autoresponder should work, saying: "thank you for the order, the letter has been received, etc.", but it should only work once a day for the addressee (the client can coordinate the layout with the designer and send new letters, there will be no ice, if there is an auto-reply for each letter)
I didn’t find such a function in the auto-responder on mail.ru :(
Maybe there are ideas where such functionality exists? And by the way, what is it called correctly?
ps: you can raise your mail server for this task, but this is extreme case, I want to get by with "little blood"
