Is there an element inspector in mobile?

Good time of the day!
Faced with the problem of adapting sites for mobile devices. In emulator testing (chrome or fox) is not always reliable. I usually do this using TeamViewer (PC -> device), but I ran into an element whose behavior I absolutely do not understand.
Tell me, can I somehow open the element inspector at least in some mobile browser? How else can this issue be resolved?

@Millerish

I do not know all the subtleties, but it seems browserstack added support for iPhones and Android.

Safari has it.
iPhone on the wire and you're done.

1. As mentioned above, emulate devices
2. Connect the device to a PC and watch through Firefox Developer Edition (Use Valence there).
