Is there an editor for Windows with the ability to work in split-screen mode?

Good afternoon.
In the Smultron program, I was attracted by the ability to keep several files open in parallel and edit them without running from tab to tab (this is relevant with a widescreen monitor). However, there is a caveat - it only works under MAC, but I need it under Windows. Googling didn't turn up anything definitive. Ideally, I would like it to also have a built-in FTP client, but this is how it will turn out.

Maybe I did not understand the question, but in the same Visual Studio there is a menu Window -> New horizontal tab group, which does exactly what is shown in the picture.
