Is there an autodial/telemarketing solution based on asterisk?
Hello, our company has a call center for 200 jobs, elastix call center is used as a telemarketing system. But this solution is rather buggy and difficult to finalize, what are the free and commercial solutions based on asterisk that provide the possibility of outgoing telemarketing. You can desktop, you can web solutions. I analyzed more companies that offer the implementation of call centers on asterisk or others, but no one provides information about what software they use, their own or some custom open source modules.
Perhaps someone will offer a solution without an asterisk, they are ready to switch to freeswitch or opencips or something else.
Everything revolves on the server under debian, all operators are connected via sip.

There are things like GoAutoDial or Vicidial . But in fact, it's easier to take a pure Asterisk and customize it to your needs, all this is not so difficult. I can offer my help, information in the profile.
usually either a ready-made solution is taken for support from the developer, or one's own is written from scratch over a "clean" asterisk.

But auto-dialing telemarketing is illegal in the Russian Federation, see the link above.

Implementation of automatic dialing of subscribers (autodial) using Asterisk and call files. bash script generates call files based on a list of numbers from a text file and copies them to the "/var/spool/asterisk/outgoing" directory. Asterisk calls the number based on the callfile information and sends it to the given dialplan for processing.
