Is there an auto parts catalog with API?

Hello! There are websites:
japancars.ru/index.php?route=catalog/nissan&ext=BB...
www.hondaworld.ru/honda_spare/details_car_3224_spa...
There are tons of these spare parts... do they all stuff their base of spare parts.. .. or maybe there are some directories (including paid ones) that provide their database via API?

It is very unlikely that there is a free api. Why not scrape your base?

The fact that the link (judging by the beginning of the database from 1982) is most likely taken from the alldata program; it is on trackers and weighs a lot)
Most likely they have something like a license for the https://orders.alldata.com web directory. Specifically, ask the dealers they should know better
